About
Personal Training:
Personal training is a fitness experience unlike anything you’ve tried. No videos or equipment can replace the hands-on approach of one-on-one training with a professional certified trainer. Our trainers prepare a workout tailored specifically for your body and your goals.
Evaluation:
When you come to Fast Track Fitness your safety and wellness are our primary concerns. We offer a free, state-of-the-art Polar Body Age Computerized Fitness Assessment for those who would like to know more about their fitness level. This assessment is voluntary, but it lets us learn more about your current physical conditioning and compare baseline fitness levels to future improvements. This assessment includes the following measurements: height, weight, blood pressure, sit-and-reach (lower back flexibility), skin fold (body fat), seated heart rate monitoring (cardiovascular fitness), nutrition questionnaire and body circumferences. From these results, our Polar Body Age assessment can tell how much older or younger your Body Age is than your chronological age.
Trainers:
Fast Track Fitness will match you up with a personal trainer according to your conditioning levels, desired fitness goals and personal preference. Or, if you have a current relationship with a personal trainer, we encourage you to make Fast Track Fitness your new training location.
Security:
Fast Track Fitness is open by appointment only for personal training sessions, but we allow you to come in to use our treadmills and other cardiovascular training equipment at your convenience. In order to maintain a secure, safe and private environment, we have installed key card access to our entrance. You will be provided an FOB access card to enter the gym. Just hold the card to the reader and the door will be unlocked for you.
