Getting Started

Getting started is easy at Fast Track Fitness. Just give us a call and we’ll get you on the fast track to your ideal body! Here’s how we’ll get you started:

1. Fitness Evaluation (optional): When you come to Fast Track Fitness your safety and wellness are our primary concerns. We like to sit down with new customers to learn about their lifestyles and fitness goals. This helps us develop a training program tailored specifically to each individual. 2. Selecting a Trainer: Once we know your fitness goals we can pair you with the trainer that’s right for you. All of our professional certified trainers are personable and qualified to help you reach your ideal fitness levels. Click here to meet our staff.

3. Security: For your safety and privacy, Fast Track Fitness employs key card access to our facilities. We’ll have a key card activated under your name only to access the facility during regular business hours.

4. Results: Fast Track Fitness believes in personal training. Our trainers will sit down with you to discuss your progress and compare regularly scheduled optional evaluations to your baseline fitness levels to chart your fitness progress.
